The job
- Removal of all internal walls and first floor, leaving just the exterior shell of the property to allow a change to the layout of the upstairs to provide 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms and a separate bathroom
- Large single storey extension to the rear of the property installation of a full width steel beam opening up the original property into a large single storey extension providing open plan living space incorporating new kitchen, dining and living area with access onto a level threshold patio built on a block and beam structure to allow ventilation underneath
- Construction of a block and beam raised patio to create the flush level patio accessed from the large patio doors of the extension
- Side extension the provide large utility room
- Installation of larger bay window to front lounge with new canopy over
- Relocation of the front door to allow more space in the hallway
- New canopy over front entrance continuing into canopy over front lounge
- New windows throughout
- Underfloor heating to ground floor
- Installation of external down lighters to extension
